Peaceful Mall Payment Agreement

Effective Date: July 19, 2023

SPECIAL NOTE: You must read this Agreement completely and carefully before agreeing to it, and by agreeing and continuing to pay you will be deemed to have fully understood and accepted all of the terms and conditions of the Agreement as set out below. By agreeing to this Payment Agreement on the Peaceful Mall Platform (the "Platform"), you become an authorised party to this Payment Agreement and such authorisation is effective immediately. If you do not agree to the following terms and conditions, please terminate the subsequent operation immediately.

1. The authorised person authorises "Peaceful Mall" ( to debit the settlement fee through the third-party payment platform. The Settlement Fee is the total fee stated on the order submitted by the authorised person through the Platform.

2. After the authorised person has successfully submitted an order, Peaceful Mall calculates the Settlement Fee in accordance with the fee rules published on the Platform. The authorised person shall complete the payment within ? minutes.

3. In the event that payment fails on the payment account of the authorised person due to the authorised person's payment account in the third-party payment platform being locked, misappropriated, rejected by the correspondent bank, or the account being invalid, Peaceful Mall has the right to suspend the service agreement with the authorised person.

4. The authorised person shall be liable for any fraudulent use or theft of another person's payment account.

5. If you use a third-party payment platform to complete the payment, the third-party will collect the following information through the SDK to complete the payment, please check the third-party's privacy policy to understand the collection and use of your information. The third parties that may be involved and the information collected are as follows:

6. In order to ensure payment security, carry out normal settlement, and provide better product services, Peaceful Mall will collect and record your behavioural information, transaction records (including transaction content, transaction status, payment method, amount, transaction time, transaction order number) and account balance, etc., resulting from the use of virtual currencies (including, but not limited to, points) in the relevant products/ services of the platform.

7. If the authorised person requests a refund and Peaceful Mall agrees to do so, the refund will be returned to the account of the third-party payment platform used for the payment.

8. The authorised person agrees that the settlement charges arising from his/her purchases shall be based on the data recorded by Peaceful Mall, and that Peaceful Mall will inform the authorised person of such charges through the Platform. If the authorised person disagrees with the settlement charges, they should contact the Platform’s customer services.
